University calendar request form for Student Organizations

This form is to be used only by registered student organizations at Northwest to request additions to the University's online calendar. All student organization requests must be submitted to the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) for addition to the calendar; other requests will not be processed through the OSI.   

The OSI strives to add requested events to the University calendar within 48 hours of receiving a submitted form. Incomplete requests will not be added to the University calendar, and the OSI reserves the right to deny requests that do not align with Northwest's mission. 

Student organization contacts will receive an email confirmation after their event is added to the University calendar. If changes need to be made to a calendar listing, contact the OSI at 660.562.1226 or osi@hwfj-art.com.
